    Abstract
As a result of the COVID-19 epidemic, all air travel was prohibited and came to a complete halt. This might have raised questions about the safety of flying and if it is still worthwhile. It is crucial for the aviation sector to be aware of these worries and work to reduce them so that people can fly again without feeling uncomfortable. In addition, research on whether other generations are more concerned or whether the issues vary between generations is advised as a topic for future study. Researching if Millennials' worries and desire to fly alter after they have had their first flight following the pandemic is also advised. The ongoing COVID-19 outbreak has badly impacted the aviation sector. The desire for air travel has significantly decreased because of various travel restrictions and the worry of contracting the virus. The epidemic has caused many individuals to question how safe flying is and whether it is worthwhile. Making flying as secure as possible is essential to reviving the aviation sector and encouraging people to fly once more. There may be a chance for air travel to begin to rebound now that vaccination rates are rising globally. As a result, it's critical to recognize and work to allay any fears people may have about flying to draw in more passengers. The global economy includes a sizable portion of the travel and tourism sector. It significantly boosts the world's gross domestic product, which was calculated to be 10.3% in 2019. Additionally, it plays a significant role in job creation; as a result, one in ten jobs globally in 2019 was associated with the travel and tourism sector. The number of visitors from abroad has only been rising; it increased by 5% in 2018 over 2017. Although the business has had tremendous expansion recently, it has also been exposed to numerous disasters over the years, which has led to economic uncertainty. The purpose of this survey is to learn how safe Millennials believe flying to be in the wake of COVID-19 and whether they would be willing to take leisurely international flights again. The goal is to identify potential COVID-19 risk factors that Millennials may consider when taking leisure flights in a post-pandemic era. The secondary goal is to identify the safety precautions that Millennials value most and that would encourage them to fly once more. The research's focus group consists of Finnish-based Millennials who have not traveled abroad for pleasure during the COVID-19 pandemic.
