Abstract
The study investigates the impact of incubators and accelerators on women entrepreneurial success in Saudi Arabia using 80 entrepreneurs on incubators and accelerators program sample size and descriptive data analysis. The study used primary data, and the questionnaire serves as the source of data generation. The survey was based on the online questionnaire created to extract insight into participant’s viewpoints on the influence of incubators and accelerators on women entrepreneurial success. The findings of the study reveal that very significant percentage of the respondents receive very high benefit from incubator and accelerator programs in Saudi Arabia. The outcome also illustrates that various challenges were identified including limited access to funding, time constraints, program structure and lack of support. This study contributes to a better understanding of incubators and accelerators towards success in women entrepreneurs in Saudi Arabia. Therefore, the study suggest that policymakers and stockholders should design polices that focus more on incubator and accelerators programs in Saudi Arabia, through improved financial support and enabling conditions that can allow and encourage the engagement of entrepreneur especially women in Saudi Arabia.
