Usually, it is difficult to find a place (Hotel, wedding hall or resort) that meets all requirements and provides the necessary facilities. Indeed, it is hard to find one place that collects all wedding services, usually each service is in a different place which requires time and an additional fee. Budgeting is the one most challenging aspect of event planning. Moreover, lots of little things change or unexpectedly come up during the event planning process because there is no planner that can organize from A to Z and there is no suitable collective place. More challenges such as having more guests or attendees than planned for. In addition, some hotels or wedding halls do not care enough for the comfort of the invited guests which required more facilities and supplies. For example, sometimes guests come from another city or country so, there is always a need of providing services for them ... The idea of this paper is divided into two connected goals. First: is to identify and study the needs that meet the couple's requirements for the wedding night and before, including the hall, restaurant, and accommodation. Moreover, the before wedding services for the bride and groom, like hair style and makeup, spa, and studio for photoshoots ...
