Abstract
This paper explores the role of artificial intelligence and Machine learning in transforming supply chain management with focus mainly being on improving demand forecasting,inventory management,route optimization,and predictive maintenance.Through analyzing detailed literature reviews, the study examines how Artificial intelligence and Machine learning technologies enhance operational efficiency, agility, as well as decision-making. Special emphasis is placed on time series forecasting models(ARIMA and GARCH) highlighting their ability to model demand patterns and handle volatility, respectively. Case studies that have been used demonstrate how ARIMA and GARCH models,both together and individually are able to enhance forecasting accuracy. Key implementation challenges such as data quality issue,technical complexity of implementing advanced models are examined.The paper concludes by explaining how the integration of AI and ML across supply chain functions offers a pathway toward more resilient, data-driven, and flexible supply chain systems
