Abstract
This paper explores the utilization of MediaPipe and TensorFlow for yoga pose classification and discusses the potential applications of these methods in other pose classification tasks such as prayer pose classification. We present an overview of the techniques employed for yoga pose identification and classification using MediaPipe and TensorFlow, highlighting their benefits and limitations. We then use these methods and apply them to a small data set of prayer poses specifically roko and soujoud to test the accuracy levels, we found that due to the small data set the accuracy was not as high as expected.
