Abstract
The study focused on establishing the relationship between electronic payment
systems and customer satisfaction in Saudi Arabia. Largely due to the direct link between
electronic payment systems and revolution of the banking sector in Saudi Arabia. The study
utilized a qualitative research design with the use of questionnaires. The questionnaire
questions were based on the main objective and four specific objectives. The data collected
were analyzed using google forms and automatically presented as charts and graphs. The
results concluded that electronic banking is a significant factor in transforming the banking
sector. The analyzed data also found that most Saudi Arabian customers are comfortable and
appreciate online transactions offered using modern technology. The study concludes that
electronic transactions are transforming into mobile based banking and changing how
customers bank.
