Abstract
This industrial design project presents a co-designed self-service machine concept developed to enhance accessibility and usability across diverse user groups. Grounded in ergonomic principles and inclusive design strategies, the system addresses physical, cognitive, and interaction-related barriers commonly associated with conventional self-service technologies. The design integrates intuitive interfaces, optimized reach zones, and adaptable features to support users with varying abilities. Registered with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP), this work contributes to advancing human-centered innovation in public interaction systems while aligning with global accessibility standards.
