Abstract
This study examines the role of career decision-making centers in guiding students to select academic majors that align with their abilities and interests. The primary objective is to analyze how personalized counseling, aptitude assessments, and career exploration tools assist students in making informed decisions about their educational and professional pathways. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative interviews with career advisors and quantitative surveys of students utilizing the center's services. Results indicate that tailored guidance significantly enhances students’ confidence in their major selection and fosters long-term satisfaction with their career choices. These findings highlight the importance of integrating individualized support systems in educational institutions to empower students in aligning their academic pursuits with their personal strengths and aspirations.
