Abstract
This study aimed to explore the impact of digital transformation and business intelligence on decision-making in the National Council for Family Affairs in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, by describing the study variables represented in digital transformation, business intelligence and decision-making effectiveness. The study population consisted of all National Council For Family Affairs Jordan employees, The study reached a set of results. The most important of which were: the need to focus on the importance of modern technological infrastructure for data processing. In addition to continuous monitoring of employee performance, business intelligence and digital transformation work on the effectiveness of decision-making by providing access to information and data in real time, and organizations need to integrate advanced digital and analytical tools to enhance the decision-making process and achieve better strategic results. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which were: the need for the Council to use modern electronic systems to hold remote meetings, and the use of modern digital technology to collect and analyze data to make the best decisions.
