Abstract
This study investigates the intricate relationships among impulsivity traits, sleep problems, and vaping habits in young adults, with an emphasis on behavioral, emotional, and sleep- related dimensions. Employing a quantitative, cross-sectional design, data was collected from 150 participants using validated instruments, including the Barratt Impulsiveness Scale (BIS- 11), and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), alongside structured questionnaires assessing vaping frequency, emotional regulation, and sleep patterns.
