Abstract
This study investigates the linkages between corporate cash holdings and firm structure in Saudi Arabia, a distinctive emerging market characterized by concentrated ownership patterns, reliance on equity-based financing, and rapid economic transformation under Vision 2030. Understanding the determinants of corporate cash behaviour is particularly important in this context, where firms operate across capital-intensive industries and exhibit diverse financing practices. Using a balanced panel of 74 firm-year observations from listed Saudi companies, the study examines how liquidity, leverage, solvency, activity efficiency.
