Abstract
Getting engaged with various activities gives students a limited time when studying. Therefore, they require
information quickly and easily on questions they have. Chatbots can get incorporated within institutions to help
promptly deliver information. Thus, it refers to software used in developing interaction between a system or
computer and a human or user in a natural language. Chatbots converse with students in a discussion according
to the input made and answered by the clients. The methodology used in developing a chatbot is machine
learning and NLP. It makes the students think they are chatting with an individual, whereas they are
communicating with a computer.
The application enables the students to have information concerning the admission procedure of the university
via an internet connection and get fast replies. Therefore, the chatbot decreases the workload of answering all
students’ questions about the admission procedure.
